A small farm that produces fresh vegetables according to the seasons in a field near the village of Cutigliano at 800m above sea level, and potatoes in the highest fields, at 1100m, in the “LA BARONA” farm, above the village of Melo.
We also produce chestnut flour; We harvest the chestnuts in our forest and together with other companies we dry them according to the traditional method in the metato for 40 days, after which they are beaten, selected and stone-ground.
I cultivate in a natural way, following the rhythm of the seasons and the secrets and knowledge of the “grandparents” of the village.
