Arrival of the animals and “Banquets” (Cheeses, Typical Products, Honey, Markets, Birds of Prey exhibition)

Round Table: Cheeses, microbes and health, an inseparable combination. Angela Saba, Gianpaolo Gaiarin and Duccio Cavalieri speak.

LUNCH ON THE MEADOW IN THE MOUNTAIN PASTURE (lunch not served). By Az. Bioagrituristica I TAUFI in collaboration with the chef Andrea Alisi of the Nonno Cianco Restaurant.
In the afternoon
Practical demonstration of the ancient wood-fired cooking of Parmigiano Reggiano and Ricotta cheese, as it was once done, with historical and technological narration, by Master Cheesemaker Giordano and Company.
Throughout the day there will be the Falconry group “SURNISE” with a demonstration of free flight and other attractions.
