A perfect excursion for those looking for a relaxing walk through the woods of our Apennines. An easy and evocative trek suitable for the whole family, without particular technical difficulties or great physical effort, but full of views, stories and curiosities about the flora, fauna and history of Abetone. A different way to experience the mountains, also suitable for those who are beginners or simply want to unplug for a couple of hours in nature.

We will start from the former cross-country track just above the Abetone pass, along some sections of the CAI 00 and CAI 5 trails. After an easy climb through the woods, we will arrive at a viewpoint that offers a beautiful view of the Abetone area. After a short stop, we will return to the village with a circular route.

Meeting at 10:00 am at the start of the former cross-country trail (we will send you the location on WhatsApp after booking).
Return scheduled for about 12:00.
