Bouldering is a climbing discipline that is practiced on small natural boulders, without ropes or harnesses. Athletes tackle short sequences of movements using strength, balance and technique. Safety is guaranteed through the use of mattresses, special “crash pads” and the assistance of the “spotters” people in charge of directing the fall. It is an accessible, safe and perfect activity to experience nature in a direct and sustainable way.
